Healthy Habits Family Camp 2015 is a one-day camp : Date to be announced, Trinity Washington University in DC

An interdisciplinary team of pediatricians, nurses, psychologists, social workers and nutritionists from Children’s National Health System have developed a family-based approach to healthy living. Join us at Trinity Washington University in Washington, DC for a day packed with fun while gaining invaluable knowledge needed to develop a healthy life. Families with a child or teen at risk for childhood obesity (ages 7-16) are invited to join us.

Throughout the day, the children participate in activities and learning endeavors. Group counseling sessions allow the children to discuss their feelings and learn how others cope with their condition. Families come together to form support networks and to offer one another information and assistance.  Everyone is there for the same thing:  to have fun and learn how to live a healthy life.

The cost of Healthy Habits Family Camp is $50/person.  Need based scholarships are available and payment plans can be arranged.  Please contact Brainy Camps at for more information.
